KOYO ZINC Corporation

Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mould cavity. It has the following advantages over other casting methods: it is suitable for high-volume production, the incremental cost per item is low, the dimensional accuracy is better, and the surface of the product is finer and more beautiful with less effort.
Die castings are used in a wide range of products, including automotive parts, communications equipments, construction materials, industrial machineries, daily necessities and general merchandise.
Alloys for die casting include aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, etc., as specified by Japanese Industrial Standard. The requirements of the material are as follows: good or bad casting ability, small solidification and shrinkage, no seizure to the mold, excellent pressure resistance, resistance to cracking and shrinkage, good flowability, and excellent cavity loading.
We deal in aluminum and zinc die cast products and offer a series of services from material selection to shipment.
